By using this website or buying our ebooks, you agree to these terms. They are written to be short and clear.

What we sell

Mindful Sanskari publishes digital ebooks in PDF format, including the Real Superheroes series. These are digital products. No physical item is shipped.

Your licence

When you buy a book, you may read it on your own devices and print copies for your own family’s personal use. You may not copy, share, resell, post online or use it commercially, including in classes or on other websites, without our written permission.

About the stories and pictures

The stories are based on true incidents from the childhood of great Indians. They are retold in simple words for children, and some details, such as conversations, are imagined to make the story easier to follow. The illustrations are imaginary artworks created with the help of AI tools. They are not photographs or portraits.

Prices and payments

Prices are shown in Indian rupees (₹) and may change, for example when a launch offer ends. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay. Payments are processed by our payment partner.

Ownership

The books, text, illustrations, logo and the name Mindful Sanskari belong to us. Buying a book does not transfer ownership of any of these to you.

Limits

We work hard to keep the website and downloads working, but we cannot promise they will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the book.

Governing law

These terms follow the laws of India, and the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka will have jurisdiction.
