Delivery and Refunds

Our books are digital PDF ebooks. Nothing is shipped, and you get the file by email and on-screen download.

Delivery

After a successful payment, your PDF download link is sent to the email address you gave at checkout, usually within a few minutes.
If it has not arrived in 30 minutes, check your spam or promotions folder, then write to us at [email protected]. We will send it again.

Refunds

Because a digital file can be copied the moment it is downloaded, we do not offer refunds just because you changed your mind. That is why we share free stories on this website, so you can see the writing and pictures before you buy.

We will always make it right in these cases:

You were charged twice for the same book: we refund the extra payment.
You paid but did not receive the file: we send it again, or refund you if we cannot.
The file is damaged or will not open: we send a working copy. If we cannot fix it, we refund you.

How to ask: write to [email protected] within 7 days of your purchase with your name, the email used at checkout and a short note about the problem.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Banks usually take 5 to 7 working days to show the amount.
