About Mindful Sanskari

Sanskari, in a mindful way

I want my child to grow into someone who makes the world a little better, and respects different ways of thinking.

I started Mindful Sanskari after becoming a mother. Like every parent, I want my child’s time on this earth to count for something meaningful.

Timeless values

Some values can feel old-fashioned today. The timeless ones still matter, so we keep them and tell them in today’s language.

Mindful, not preachy

Practical and aware of how the world works now. A story shows a value in action, and the child draws their own conclusion.

Kind to everyone

Being sanskari includes kindness to people of every opinion, religion and gender.

If we start with the youngest generation, the future can be better for the planet, for society and for how we treat each other. These books are my small step towards that.
